The seminars will be Key noted by the NBBA President- Michael Sciore of Venture Business Brokers and the NBBA's Chief Legal Counsel- Ronald Cappuccio. Together, they will educate business brokers looking to deepen their understanding of the profession, increase their daily effectiveness and be able to tackle and resolve many of the legal aspects which arise in the brokering process.

Other important business aspects which will be covered include strategic and web based marketing and business development. Some of the topics covered will be Search Engine Optimization, market positioning as well as helpful business solutions to new and seasoned business brokers and firms. The seminars are designed for the beginner as well as the seasoned business broker and brokerage firm.
